For the most important woman in my life
Letsee what our arguments and differences between us have gone so far:
1. During my 3rd year in Elementary School, we had an argument whether Sherlock Holmes is a real character or not.
2. During my 6th year in Elementary School, we had an argument that I read comics too much while practically it was her who gave me those comic book.
3. During my 6th year in Elementary School (still), we had an argument that I play my Yamaha Electone keyboard too often while it was her who put me into Music school.
4. During my Senior High, she protested that I should not join Tae Kwon Do but now she asked me to stay active at Jiu-Jitsu club.
5. ... And still up to now, she protested that I read too much and become a goddamn bookworm. Oh yeah? Well, now tell me who taught me to read when I was small where I even could read the whole children book when I was still two and a-half year? You.
Letsee how she makes us laugh, worry and smile every time:
1. She is very brave. As in 'brave' means that she could hold a goddamn caterpillar - CATERPILLAR, I TELL YOU - with her bare palm and show it to me where I would run away screaming.
2. She is... Unpredictable. Who would expect her to bring a portable gas stove - PORTABLE GAS STOVE - during her honeymoon?
3. Every time she told me that she just went to some interesting place, my best guess is that she came there because actually she lost directions and she came there accidentally.
4. She SMSed my siblings and I. At first we feared that something bad happened but on her SMS it was this message: "I HATE THE SWANS. THEY ARE RUNNING AFTER ME EVERYWHERE."
5. Once, she called me. After long chit-chat, she ended the conversation. But not before she said, "Oh I nearly forgot. You know what? I just got an accident yesterday, tee-hee, silly me. Anyway, bye!" And she left me dumbfounded.
But one thing that she always said to the four of us is "I love you."
I love you too Mum
I lost my words about her. It's just too much. Many things happened, many hard experiences experienced yet she always there for me, no matter what.
Yes, she was the one who taught me to read and made me as a bookworm now.
Yes, she was the one who told me that "having a relationship is not only 'you are my spouse and vice versa'. Both of you are inside a team."
And yes, she IS the one who makes me believe that no matter what happened, my family will always be there for me. No matter what. They are my family and we are best friends.
Happy birthday Mum
